Salamanca Erasmus Trips organiza una de sus excursiones más populares: el Wine Tasting Experience, una experiencia única para descubrir la tradición vinícola de una de las zonas con mayor prestigio enológico de España.

Nuestro viaje comenzará en Toro, una localidad reconocida internacionalmente por la calidad y personalidad de sus vinos. Allí visitaremos el Museo del Vino Pagos del Rey, donde realizaremos una visita guiada para conocer la historia del vino, sus procesos de elaboración y la importancia de esta tradición en la región. La visita finalizará con una cata de vinos en las instalaciones del museo, que además cuenta con su propia bodega.

Una vez concluida la visita, dispondremos de tiempo libre para disfrutar de las tradicionales Fiestas de la Vendimia de Toro, uno de los acontecimientos más destacados del año en la localidad. Durante estas fiestas, las calles se llenan de ambiente festivo con mercados, actividades culturales, música en directo, espectáculos, degustaciones, concursos y numerosas propuestas relacionadas con el mundo del vino.

Una jornada perfecta para disfrutar de la cultura, la gastronomía, la tradición y el ambiente festivo de una de las celebraciones más emblemáticas de Castilla y León.

Salamanca Erasmus Trips is organizing one of its most popular excursions: the Wine Tasting Experience, a unique opportunity to discover the wine-making tradition of one of Spain’s most prestigious wine regions.

Our journey will begin in Toro, a town internationally renowned for the quality and character of its wines. There, we will visit the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum, where we will enjoy a guided tour to learn about the history of wine, the winemaking process, and the importance of this tradition in the region. The visit will conclude with a wine tasting at the museum, which also has its own winery.

After the visit, you will have free time to enjoy the traditional Toro Grape Harvest Festival (Fiestas de la Vendimia), one of the most important annual events in the town. During the festival, the streets come alive with a vibrant atmosphere featuring markets, cultural activities, live music, performances, tastings, competitions, and many other wine-related attractions.
